Waste of money. The staff is very unhelpful. Have no amenities in the room not even drinking water. No lift. They charge u extra even if u go from a costlier room to cheaper room bcoz of no lift. Stinking rooms n no proper parking facility. Dirty toilets n after requesting even dey don't clean. Worst for online booking n most of the time no one at the reception to help. No intercom to get connected u need to rush down two to three floors for any help expected..

I am really impressed with the hospitality of staff. Manager on desk spent long time (without any irritation) to answer my questions about sight seeing and gave good advice. I requested management if they can provide some place for my driver to spend night. I was overwhelmed by the warm attitude of the care taker who was quick to provide stay to driver in domitory and share that it had hot water arrangement also. This was done without any extra charge. They were very supportive for anything I required and quick to provide. Nice example of customer care. Standard room was slightly small but neat. Breakfast was tasty though had limited options. You can check if the hut on the top floor is available.. it was really nice.

Place is about 4 km away from the city, right on the Mysore Road. Will be difficult if you don't have a transport. No decent restaurants close-by. Deluxe rooms are spacious. Toilet is inconveniently placed at about 2 feet from the room floor level. Neat and clean. Comfortable bed. No facility for bed coffee/tea, though there is a tea shop in the ground floor, where one can have a South Indian breakfast of limited menu. The best part is the friendly staff.

It was one of the amazing and splendid trip among all other trips. As the hotel location was bit outside from city, we didn't find any traffic problem or any other type disturbance. In fact, it appears to be calm, peaceful and scenic place what we have thought while check-in. The rooms and bathrooms were quite clean and well-maintained. Small advice who are booking rooms, either carry your food or else have it while doing sightseeing, as hotel provide it with selective dishes. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

I looked up a few places to stay online just before I reach my destination Sultan Batthery. Name of this place turned out first when ordered by price (lowest first). The place looks very basic. At least, the non-AC room I stayed in was very simple but still had a TV and bathroom without hot water. The bathroom was clean, but won't rate it at spanking clean. Bed was clean enough to feel comfortable to sleep on. The caretaker is a nice friendly person. I paid less than 1K for this for a night. So I would definitely rate this quite good for the price. But there are better rooms where one can stay with family too. It's 3.5km from main town area and you will definitely need to go there for food as there is nothing decent around this place to have your food. So if you don't have your own transport this place may not work out. And parking your vehicle is right there in front, but I doubt it will be able to accommodate many vehicles, especially cars. Overall a decent budget stay.
